Applicant: Public entity that has applied for the grant
EC: Exploratory Call (Introduction Call with PDMG,
PDMG: Program Delivery Manager (Project Manager)
TFL: Task Force Leader (Manager of a group of PDMG’S)
SI: Site Inspector or Site Inspection
SITFL: Manager of a group of Site Inspectors
PAGS: Public Assistance Group Supervisor (Manages Group of TFL’s and their PDMG’s)
405 or MIT: Mitigation (Better, Stronger, longer / Appendix J from the PAPPG)
EHP: Environmental Historical Preservation
PNP: Private Non-Profit
CRC: Costing Resource Center (Cost the project)
RSM: Recovery Scoping Meeting (FEMA meets with the Recipient and the Applicant to get an idea of the Scope of work that has been or will be involved with the process)
DI: Damage Inventory (List of ALL Damages caused by the event)
RTM: Recovery Transition Meeting
(Applicant goes from working with the FEMA PDMG to working with the Representative (Their State Liaison))
