Our Story

I am a Project Manager. I have specialized in FEMA Grant Management for 10 years. I have been a Project Manager for 20 years. The difference with me is I truly care. The daily text messages I receive is my proof.
I am here to help you through the Grants Portal process. The DI's (Damage Inventory) has to be completed within 60 days of approval of your Grant application.  60 days sounds like sufficient time, but this is the most important part of the whole process. If the Damage Inventory is not exceptionally specific, you will lose potential funding. If you have a consultant, you have a greater potential of receiving the most out of your Grant Application. If you have any questions, please contact me at Suziegill@emergencymanagementassistant.net

Your Damage Inventory (DI) is the foundation of your entire grant process. Every worksheet, review, and funding decision builds off what’s entered here.
If damage descriptions are incomplete, inaccurate, or unclear, you could be delaying your project, risking eligibility, or reducing your potential funding before the process even begins.
