Do you need Assistance?
Once you have confirmed that your area has been declared, and you have decided to apply for assistance - FEMA Public Assistance (PA) requires that the SBA approval or denial letter be uploaded into the Grants system.
Start with an SBA (Small Business Administration) application.

Expert FEMA Assistance, From Application to Obligation
Services
Emergency Management Assistant LLC (EMA) oversees all categories of work, including Emergency Categories A & B and Permanent Work Categories E through G, ensuring that applicant funds remain uncompromised. EMA manages the project formulation process, during which the applicant's project is submitted to the CRC. Once approved, the project is obligated to the state, followed by the obligation of funds to the applicant. Subsequently, the state is obligated 7% of Category Z funds, while the applicant is awarded 5%. This is how the Category Z Administrative Cost works and where the funds to pay EMA come from. The only upfront cost for the client is travel expenses, if required.

At EMA, our goal is to streamline and simplify the disaster management process so you can focus on recovery and rebuilding. If you’re interested in learning more or need a customized approach, I’d love to discuss how we can best support you.
Let’s work together to build a more resilient future.
