Hello, I’m Suzie Gill, founder and consultant of Emergency Management Assistant (EMA).

With nearly a decade of experience as a Program Delivery Manager in FEMA Public Assistance, I have gained firsthand knowledge of the disaster recovery process—from project development and eligibility to documentation, reimbursement, and closeout. My experience working on the Federal side has given me a unique perspective on the challenges applicants face when navigating complex disaster recovery programs and Federal grant requirements.

I founded EMA to bring that experience directly to communities, organizations, and applicants who need knowledgeable, hands-on support throughout the disaster recovery process.
